Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The original invoice and packaging must be presented.
Customized, engraved, or altered pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Refunds: Due to daily fluctuations in gold rates, we do not offer cash refunds.
Exchange: You may exchange your purchase for jewellery or gold of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be settled at the time of exchange.
Buy-Back: We do offer a buy-back option at the prevailing market rate, after deducting making charges.
Special orders, custom-made, or engraved jewellery.
Discounted, sale, or promotional items.
Jewellery that shows signs of use, wear, or damage after purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact our customer care team by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Provide your purchase details and reason for return/exchange.
Visit our showroom with the product and original invoice, or courier it to us.
Our quality control team will inspect the item before approval.
The gold rate on the day of exchange or buy-back will apply.
Making charges are non-refundable.
Vicky Jewellers reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the item fails inspection.
